• Lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer (Section 10) and, if unresolved, escalate the complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Data Security & Retention

The security of your personal data is important to us. We protect our systems using active HTTPS/SSL encryption to prevent unauthorized interception of data in transit.

Data Retention: We retain personal data (such as your newsletter email or contact form submissions) for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction with the Service, or until you submit a deletion request, whichever is earlier. Technical/derivative data (such as server logs) is retained for a maximum of 12 months for security and analytics purposes. Where a longer retention period is required by applicable law (for example, tax or accounting regulations), we will retain data only for as long as legally necessary
